Do I need to have an account to use the site?
You only need to have a user account if you wish to publish a listing.
How do I do a search on the site?
  • Using the search box provided at the top of the homepage:
    1. Enter a keyword in the text box (at least 3 characters);
    2. Select the category or subcategory in which you wish to search;
    3. Click “Search”.
  • Clicking directly on one of the categories listed on the homepage.
  • Clicking on one of the States listed on the homepage.
How should I respond to an ad?
Using the form on every listing page:
  1. Fill out the form fields;
  2. Enter the words you see in the image at the end of the form;
  3. Click “Send”.
How do I register an account on the site?
  1. At the top of any page of the site, click em “Register for a free account”;
  2. Complete the form with the username you want to be made public, your email address and your a password of your choice;
  3. Enter the words generated by the image;
  4. Click “Create”;
  5. You will receive an email to validate the registration. You must click the link provided in the email to complete your registration;
  6. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been successfully created.
How do I change the email or the password?
  1. Log into the site;
  2. Access your account clicking the “My account” link at the top of any page of the site;
  3. In the account menu, click “Update my profile”;
  4. To change the email or password, click any of the links right below the email address;
  5. Fill in the form with the desired change;
  6. Click “Update”;
  7. You will receive a confirmation email.
How do I publish an ad for free?
  1. Log into the site;
  2. Click the “Publish an Ad” button at the top of any page of the site;
  3. Select a subcategory that better suits your ad;
  4. Enter a title and description and the price (if applicable);
  5. You may include up to 5 photos;
  6. Select the location for the ad (state and city);
  7. Read our Terms and Conditions before submitting the ad;
  8. Click “Publish”.
The listing will be submitted for review by an administrador within 24h. In case the ad is not approved, it will be removed from our database without prior notice.
Is it possible to edit a listing after being published?
Yes. To edit a listing:
  1. Log into the site
  2. Access your account clicking the “My account” link at the top of any page of the site;
  3. Find the listing you wish to edit, going to “Manage your listings” from the account menu;
  4. Click “Edit”;
  5. Modify what you find necessary, from the pre-filled form fields;
  6. Click “Update” to save the changes.
Can I delete a listing?
Yes. To delete a listing:
  1. Log into the site;
  2. Access your account clicking the “My account” link at the top of any page of the site;
  3. Find the listing you wish to delete, going to “Manage your listings” from the account menu;
  4. Click “Delete”;
  5. Click “Ok” in the confirmation window to delete your ad ou “Cancel” to abort the operation.
